Admission Process
Once you have decided that Meadowbrook Montessori School is the right school for your child, we will be pleased to assist you throughout the application process below.
1. Telephone us at (770) 982-3950 to schedule a classroom observation. This visit is an important step in the process and is required of all parents seeking admission for their child. Observations are held on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays promptly at 9:5 a.m. Your appointment will include a 20 minute classroom observation, followed by a question and answer meeting with the Director. Visits usually last approximately 45 minutes. Reminder - This first visit is for parents only.
2. Return the application form with a non-refundable $60.00 application fee. At this point we establish an admissions file for your child and schedule a visit for them in the classroom.
3. A family meeting is now scheduled to discuss the Montessori Philosophy in depth ensuring a good match between your family’s values, philosophy and expectations while at Meadowbrook Montessori School.
4. Upon acceptance – an enrollment contract is prepared. The signed contract is returned with a non-refundable deposit (1/10th the annual tuition) this deposit is applied to the final tuition payment upon the completion of the full Primary program.
For mid-year enrollment the process is as above.
