Frequently Asked Questions

About the Admission Process

Here are the questions we hear most often about the admissions process.

  • Can I drop by at any time for a school tour?

To see our classrooms in action our tours are held in the mornings by appointment only. We are happy to answer general questions on the phone or by email. You may also schedule a tour online.

  • Who should attend the school tour?

Both parents (if applicable & possible). The initial tour is for adults only; your child will have an opportunity to visit the classroom and the teacher at a later date.

  • Is there a waiting list?

Yes, normally, depending on the program.

  • How far in advance may I submit an application?

Parents are encouraged to apply as early as possible.

  • Is there a sibling discount?

Yes, there is a discount for the second child. Please contact us for details.

  • Does my child need to be potty trained?

Toileting independence is not required for enrollment in our Nido or Toddler programs

Our Toddler program is thoughtfully designed to support children as they develop this skill and to prepare them for a successful transition into the Primary program

Enrollment in the Primary program requires that children are toilet trained and able to independently manage restroom needs, including wiping and changing clothing if necessary.

If you think your child would thrive in a Montessori environment, give us a call or schedule a tour online. We would love for you to visit our school and learn more.
